No. MyBuild Brokers helps prepare and guide the project, then connects you with suitable independent designers, consultants and builders. The selected professionals provide their services under their own agreements with you.

We consider your project type, scope, location, budget, design requirements, relevant experience and working approach. Your project is selectively matched rather than distributed as a general lead.
What does the service cost?
The initial 15-minute clarity call is free. If a more detailed Project Alignment service is recommended, the scope and fee will be clearly explained before you decide whether to proceed.
